As much as we all want our orders, at a realy good price, free delivery and in perfect condition life is not like that. Sometimes it is how you deal with things when they go wrong that define you. Unfortunately one of our items was broken, not great, but nobodies fault. We contacted your company, and the matter was resolved in minutes, very satisfactorily I hasten to add.
