Absolutely atrocious service, after over 2 months still awaiting a shower tray and screen.I have used Plumbworld on many occasions and have recommended to many clients. Each time the service has got worse.I have phoned on several occasions and all I get are apologies and excuses, but no equipment. Not once has anyone from customer services had the courtesy to call and try to suggest any avenues to resolve this matter. They were quick enough to take our money though. NEVER EVER AGAIN
