Ordered urgent part for next day delivery over the phone (as confirmed during the order) plumber was booked but since The courier had no instructions that it was urgent or where to leave it, it was returned to depot. I had to reschedule plumber and collect from depot next day. Though courier (DHL) were clearly at fault rather than Plumbworld it is important Plumbworld know that customers are being let down - better service at point of sale would avoid these issues.
