Brilliant customer service! Brilliant. I chose a new electric shower to replace an existing one that had broken, based solely on kWh, without thinking about the fittings. It arrived and the plumber showed me the work required to alter the plumbing and electrics and it became apparent it was going to be a big job, so I asked Plumbworld if I could send it back and chose another. The customer services were brilliant, I paid for the same showers as we had had last time and it arrived the next day. We returned the first shower and received a full refund within a short period of time. I cant thank the team enough!!! Shower back up and running in no time at all.
