I ordered a sink and after about two weeks it still did not arrive so I cancelled it. My kitchen work got pushed back so when I tried to re order the sink the price had increased by £50 the next day. I asked customer services to honour the price at which I first purchased it but they refused to do so. Customer service wasn’t great. They didn’t confirm a date for the delivery of the sink I was told 24 hours but then it transpired it was going tk be Atleast a few days. I ordered a tap which was bad quality so I will be returning it.
