Ordered a shower enclosure and tray. The enclosure seems fine.
Unfortunately there is something wrong with the tray, the water doesn't drain out of it. It lies in the tray in puddles. Unsure if this is an issue with the plughole or if the tray is warped.
Either way I've contacted customer services to be told that there's no defect.
One week after installation I'm already planning to remove the tray and enclosure as its not fit for purpose.
Seriously out of pocket following my purchase of faulty goods from plumbworld.
