I was very pleased with the way your customer services team dealt with my issue and they very happily arranged for the return of my original order and supply of more suitable product ( a Bristan shower set). There was absolutely no fuss or blame, just courteous and efficient service. Sadly... I don't recall the name of the young lady, but I will not hesitate to use Plumbworld again.
