Ordered a Bristan tap - no issues with Plumbworld - fast delivery and no problems except after ordering, was informed that this make of tap had lots of issues and that they were, potentially, liable to flood your house!!!
Decided to return product. Again, Plumbworld made the return easy and was done without any problems. Would have been nice to get the return postage paid but no big deal - after all, it was our choice to buy the Bristan product in the 1st place!
Would use Plumbworld again.
