I ordered over £1000 of goods. Order No. 104327172. When I placed my order I was informed that one item was not due in for a week, however I then received an email advising me that due to an unexpected surge in demand for my items a number were now out of stock, I wrote asking for those lines that were still in stock to be sent out as I was waiting on them I received no response so I wrote again and was ignored again. Infact I waited for over 2 weeks before any goods were dispatched and by this time I had gone on holiday for a week, DHL informed me the delivery was on is way so I delayed it for 4 days the maximum there site would allow, plumbworld then contacted me to say the goods were on the way I asked them to delay DHL until I returned, they said they would but DHL delivered the order without a signature whilst I was still on holiday fortunately my neighbour retrieved the boxes. Overall the customer service was appaling, it seems that instead of keeping customers happy Plumbworld would rather save a few quid on courier charges.
