I ordered the wrong shower pump, realised my mistake and called the company. The correct pump was identified, ordered and the staff member sorted the problem with after sales and then I was transferred to another staff member who had all the information to hand and arranged collection of the wrong pump when the new pump was delivered. A full refund of the cost of the wrong pump was made within a few days of its return. A smooth, stressless transaction only let down by DHL’s failure on its Next Day delivery service! This was not Plumbworld’s fault.
