Put it this way: You should change your company name to Minusnet for the sheer number of times the internet drops on a daily basis. Your TV 'service' has been faulty from day one despite the BT engineer stating that there was nothing wrong with MY equipt. I have had pixellation problems on various TV channels since we switched to your service but you refuse to entertain the notion that there might be anything wrong with YOUR (I.E. The youview box) equipt. My contract expires in Feb 2020. You won't be surprised that we will be saying good riddance to 'Plusnet' PS Why is there no zero stars option?
