The removal men who came to move were excellent. They were so careful and nothing was too much trouble. They were very efficient and did a really good job. Similarly the estimator was very helpful and answered all questions well. Unfortunately the office staff were not quite as good and information was not passed on appropriately. For example the removal men were not told they needed to dismantle furniture so didn’t bring any tools but this was clearly documented in the quote. I also found that trying to confirm the date of the move was challenging.
