I live in the U.K. and I ordered quite a lot of Sunnies Face products. I was kept up-to-date by the customer services team (Daisy), who informed me about the possibility of slow shipping times due the Covid pandemic and also that I would have to pay customs tax; she queried as to whether I still wished to continue with the order after being made aware of this information....which I did! The order arrived a lot faster than I expected and was well packaged. On opening the package, the PNY team had accidentally left out two items. I contacted the customer service team and they quickly replied and rectified the problem! Great products! Amazing customer service! Will definitely buy from them again!
