I've been playing with PocketWin for years and I got my wagering to £0.00 meaning anything I won would now be able to withdraw in cash not bonus credit I have requested 2 winning withdrawals and I am still waiting to get paid from them since November 2020 were now June 2021 and I am still waiting alls I get told is my ID is not good enough I have used a indate passport my medical card my bank statement again a recent one aswel as a housing benefit letter and a solicitors letter and a utility bill letter and all that IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH for them to pay me out but it's totally different when they are talking money we deposit to them you know they are ok using my bank card for deposit but they won't release my winnings to the same bank card along with all the ID I sent them I really don't understand how they say it not good enough I pass security when I phone them so surely I can't give them anymore to prove it is me they even tried saying that I breached my account terms and conditions as am using a phone number that is registered to another account a account that I had many years ago in a different address with a different card I had registered back then as far as am concerned I informed them that I had changed address and I added a new card to my account so I haven't breached anything they just DONT want to pay me out as it's a few hundred pounds am owed if they won't pay what they owe they should add it back in your account so you can play it I wouldn't recommend PocketWin to anyone you will have nothing but excuse after excuse from them
