Ordered a Spot Satellite GPS Messenger Oct 10, 2022. As of today, I have not received the item I purchased.
I have sent several emails that are unanswered and phoning them is a joke. Their "Customer Service" extension is never answered and the voicemail is full. Same with their accounting extension.
I wouldn't deal with this organization again. At this point, I think I'd like my money back and purchase it from
