The installer came within a few days of ordering and was extremely professional. The cabling is neat and unobtrusive and the charge point nice and convenient for us. We had a small problem with our earthing which needed a visit from the network operator to resolve. Pod Point rescheduled us for the final connection which only took a few more days. We're very pleased with the communications and with the installation.
