Such an easy process to order and pay with the information for choosing the right PodPoint. The photo upload was fairly straightforward as well, although would benefit from a mid-application save, or state exactly what photos will be needed in the email (i.e. water and gas bonding photo requirement) but that was remedied easily enough. Installation booking was easy via a link on the return email and was a quick turnaround as well. The installation tracker (linked on one of the emails) is worth watching for confirmation of date and progress of the installer getting to you. Timing was updated as it went and was spot on. The installation itself was very good, with a very knowledgeable technician and everything went really smoothly on the day. Overall I have been really pleased with the process, and the PodPoint itself is great. I have only had good experience with the public PodPoints too which helped me make my decision and it was the right one for home as well. The App is intuitive, easy to set up timings for Economy 7 as well.
