As a pastor, I seldom wish to leave negative reviews for a company. Yet, in this case, I am making an exception. The podium we ordered is beautiful (other than the damage to it) and was exactly as pictured and according to our order specifications. The wood working, mitre joints and finish is expertly done with quality and craftsmanship. However, the customer service at Podiums Direct (Mark Korte) has been a disappointment! We are very displeased with our experience and will never do business with them again. A product with "after the sale customer service" is absolutely essential. Our $3800 podium arrived damaged due to the trucking company as well as poor packaging in the shipping dept. We were told a "repair kit" would be sent, yet after more than a month later, we have seen no kit and had no communication from Podiums Direct. I told Mark I was very unhappy with their customer service, yet, no apology was offered, no assurance that they will take care of our concerns and no explanation. Only rude, curt emails in which they can't even take the time to address their customer properly.

These things are clearly not true and if this is really their mission, they are failing miserably.
I suppose given all the positive reviews that mine will be dismissed as just an anomaly but my advice; shop elsewhere to spend God's money for church furniture.
