My daughter from the Netherlands ordered a Mothers day gift for me from Poetry online. First it weren’t giftwrapped woth tissue paper, giftbox and message card as ordered. Secondly, 2 of the products are damaged, and it the damage wasnt caused during the shipment. The 2 products were already damged when they were packed.
I can’t believe the quality of service we receive these day from these stores!!!! And it seems they justo dont care!!!
