I also have struggled with their shipping process. I returned an item it’s nonwhere to be found with the third shipping party. Poetry indeed needs to fix their shipping and return process it’s terribe and I only order what I know I will keep. Supposedly their facility in a Florida starts their return process but who knows exactly what happens after that.
