I was ordering for the first time and paid an extra fee for next day delivery. I have not seen any product arriving until today so I was cancelled the order. Unfortunately the costumer service was very very poor. It was a back and forth via email and Kerry couldn't come up with a proper solution so the only thing left was to cancel the order. During that exchange of emails the costumer service tried to make things up that I wouldn't have answered to their emails and so on and on. Very poor and pathetic costumer service. They don't care about the costumer if there is an issue or whatsoever. Not to recommend AT ALL.
