Horrible irresponsible customer care !!! When you receive your order then no one bothers to be responsible for the exchange It’s 4th day I’m trying to contact them … non of the phone numbers work , they don’t response to emails , I contacted them on Instagram as well after 18 hours some comes and response “sure “ Then vanishes and comes back and replies “OK” And confessed that their website is not working … I’m asking just for the simple exchange !!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY , DO NOTNBUY FEOM THEM … STAY AWAY AND SAV YOUR PEACE OF MIND .. millions of online shoppings are there with responsible customer team and much better products !!!! …this is an average collection and non responsible sales team ..
