I found PoolSpot via an internet search and found a they offered a very personalized service. Matt came out to my place and advised on type of chlorinator I should purchase. When I purchased the chlorinator Matt and his father came out and installed it at a time that was convenient to me on a weekend. They also fixed a leaking sand filter in the process and offered advice on the type of pool cleaners that would suit my pool. Despite PoolSpot only having a presence on the internet I found that Matt offered much better customer service than I have ever received from any of my local pool shops and I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and PoolSpot to other customers.
