Matt, was extremely helpful and patient...came to my house with the product as I hadn't been able to get a pool cleaner that worked with our unusual shaped pool...He stayed and demonstrated the cleaner without my feeling pressure from him to purchase...I highly recommend PoolSpot...(the CX20 Zodiac Pool Cleaner has been awesome by the way)
