Found the company director is Edward Michael Jones of Colwyn Bay. Company is now dissolved last registered as EJ2015 Ltd in the UK. He has been involved in 3 dissolved companies and looks very much like he just does this to gain a few £ then dissolves. Will chase through companies house to get him disallowed from heading a company again for fraudulent activity.
