Bought three pops in a deal in November 2021. One was sent out and I recieved it on Christmas eve. The second, after messaging twice asking what the hell is going on, arrived the end of January 2022. Its now February 2022, and the third pop is out of stock. Firstly there was an issue with the order, when I said I still wanted the pops they assured me they would be here as soon as possible.ive messaged five times In total. I even got told I would be sent a free pop as an apology for the fact its not been a great experience...for them to ignore the reply and just say "thank you for letting us know your query has been sorted, take care"....nothing has been sorted. They lied saying they would send a free pop, they have taken my money months ago and still haven't dent me the final pop, and sold me a product that's out of stock. This customer services are automated or shocking. The couldn't organise a drinking party in a brewery. I wouldn't trust these as far as I could chuck them and I am telling anyone who will listen to avoid these like the plague. Fair enough if it's stuff for an adult, but when I am buying things for my child and he is disappointed over and over again, it's just abysmal. Bottom line, avoid these!!!!!
