I purchased 4 pops in Sept 2021 and between then and now (Feb 15, 2022) only 1 Pop was fulfilled. I have asked them numerous times when my other 3 pops would be fulfilled and I'm met with the usual suspects of: supply chain, global pandemic, holiday season being busy. Ok fine, but I feel 5 months is MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to fulfill my order. I go to cancel the remaining 3 Pops and request a refund, to which they say, "those pops were never sent out, so no funds were ever charged, hence there is no refund to issue" ok wait a minute. You mean to tell me if I picked a POP right now and checked out, I wouldn't be charged until it has been shipped? No. That's BS and they know it. They said if I can show proof of that charge they will bring it up to the financial department, and on my Wells Fargo the transaction was so LONG AGO that my history doesn't even go back that far to see it. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! At this point, I'm just going to have to eat the loss because this has taken too much time, energy, and effort trying to chase down less than $40. BUYER BEWARE!!
