I placed a Pre-order for a certain Funko Pop back in July, but I discovered that other sites were selling it in November, the month it should have been shipped to me. Today I queried my order & first was told I would have it shipped to me "When it comes back in stock, at the end of the month", so I asked 'Why was it not sent out when it came in stock straight away?', to then quickly receive an email from them telling me "they had CANCELLED my order, as it was out of stock & would NOT be getting it back in".
To say I'm furious is an understatement, as this was pre-ordered to be a surprise for an avid collector, who I know wanted this for her collection. I was offered a discount in future "in stock" items, but I won't be going back. I have now been left having to track down this particular Funko Pop, which I know I will have to pay well above the retail price. Oh' & to top things off I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back, when they got it off me straight away.....why?
So take my advice & DO NOT think about trusting Pop in a Box with your orders, as you might be left waiting months, just to be let down like me!
