Pre-ordered a limited edition item back in August last year. I've been very patient waiting for it to arrive since it would depend on them receiving stock for me to.
Should have been delivered in November but I did not hear anything. I was told in December they were sorting my order with a matter of 'urgency' and I should receive it in no time.
I finally messaged them yesterday for an update, at which point they cancelled my order and apologised or any 'inconvenience'. I messaged them to find out why was it cancelled and more importantly why they did not do this earlier instead of waiting to hear from me. I just got back that they no longer stock it and sorry for any 'inconvenience'.
I can't get the item now since it was limited edition, but they do not care about that. They just list it as an inconvenience and ignore the unprofessionalism of their company.
I would warn people to not pre-order any items from this site of you actually want it to arrive
