AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Use a third party. Ordered 4 Pops, 3 delivered, no note of anything missing, no acknowledgement of anything, spoke to Dan a customer service adviser, who said that is standard, we didn't have it in stock so it will be longer. Still charged me for 3 to 5 day delivery despite it now saying it will be unto 20 days til i receive my order and if i haven't, contact them again!!!! JOKE! My order on their website says complete, the delivery note says complete yet i have one item missing and am out of pocket but all i get told is THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!!!!! WE ARE AWARE!!! So, you've taken my order and money, knowing full well you con not provide what i have ordered. I wont be using POP again and strongly advise against anyone else using them, just got through a third party vendor, i usually do and have never had any issues. I can understand things get delayed but at no point has anyone let me know, updated my order, emailed me or anything, they just delivered short and say nothing.
