Noticed a few days later, the website said delivery date was the same day I ordered.

My subscription has an issue i'll report that and someone will be in touch in a few days.

Reported again, few days, call this time i'm told.

I cancel, I am not offered an explanation, after asking several times.
You cannot cancel it yourself, the button is broken.
The phone number on the website says

Calls will be charged at blah blah, opening hours etc
How do we call this number Mr Kieron?

Privacy policy is shocking, cannot request to remove your own information. You have to write in? I mentioned it was 2020 right.
After learning this is a THG / HUT brand I am shocked and have come to expect far better...
