This company is horrible,, I ordered a dress January 20th and today February 4th and still no shipment of my dress!! I emailed them several times and different story/response which varies from "getting ready to ship" to all of a sudden there is a delay. When I ask what is the actual problem, I get a response that there is a need for 2 weeks. So I asked,, if my dress is out of stock? What is the story? I do not have a real response except the first time around,, they mentioned 5% back out of what I paid for the dress to 10% back on my purchase but nothing ever came my way. Not 5%, not 10% and no dress!! Just bs emails!! I wonder who to contact that deals with lying businesses over seas to either get to the bottom of the situation or close down their facility!?! Very angry and upset with this situation!!
