We ordered the tile for our project in December of 2023 from Porcelanosa. Finally, in February of 2024 it "arrived". We paid over $125,000.00 for this tile. No customer service after we wired the money that's for sure..... Now that the tile arrived, so far we have found at least 11 BOXES broken. When they do respond they are A Holes- like they are doing us "The Customer" a favor. And they through verbiage like "We are a Billion Dollar Company...Bla Bla" I intend to blast this "Billion Dollar Company" on EVERY social media outllet to make consumers aware. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY....THEN YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN.
