My tap was damaged, the hose connector was leaking. I was hoping due to expense of this tap and it only being 3 years old they would replace it. I was informed by the company that it only had a two year warranty and I could purchase a new tap. I was deeply disappointed by the response. When I looked at other brands such as victoria plum you get 5 year warranty on their products. I also heard from an ex plumber when he looked over my tap that he can get 60% discount on their products, which shows you how much mark up they make for a so called superior product. Very poor support from the company despite being a previous loyal customer for many years. I would avoid this company due to their lack of support when things go wrong with their products
