What an absolutely disgraceful organisation Spent over 4K on tiles at their Watford branch the sales guy was great, we were charged £60 delivery for the tiles for them to be dumped on the pavement outside of my property by DHL, another joke organisation. We were promised a refund and a box of broken tiles replaced reported to Porcelanosa immediately their customer services way of dealing with this complaint is to just ignore it and hope it just goes away, I have been refused request by email for someone more senior to look in to our case, the office manager has just stopped any communication, this company is a total joke spend your money elsewhere with somewhere that cares about their customers because these jokers don’t
