I would rate this company well. Original order was not available. While there was some delay in communication, after some good conversations, a further order was provided which exceeded original order value and for no extra cost. Happy with the service provided once we were able to chat and understand what had happened with the original order. Was very happy to receive the order in good condition and expectations were met. Overall good service was provided, staff did go beyond to satisfy the order and happy with the product.
