DO NOT USE Portugal Rocks communication was abysmal after months of chasing a booking we finally booked the Burlesque activity. It was meant to be our first activity upon arrival in Portugal. We had made the payment two weeks earlier through the payment link they sent to us and had the booking confirmed. Upon arrival we messaged to say we were running a few minutes behind schedule at which point we were told our activity had never been arranged and now was not available. We were annoyed needless to say but got on with the rest of our weekend with a promise of a full refund after the bank holiday. This was the 9th June. Since they have been avoiding our calls and not responding to our emails and we have still not had our refund! Do not recommend at all. absolutely abysmal service!
