Naughty Butler event for our hen party was cancelled a few hours before due to a fire in the kitchen.
Whilst we were very understanding & reorganised our evening independently, you can imagine our frustration when despite informing us a refund would be in our account 7-10 days it took weeks of chasing for the refund to be actually be actioned.
I would suggest, researching all reviews and consider alternative options to avoid disappointment.
