The product itself is good quality, and as described. It feels good quality - not flimsy at all, and the moving parts like the delivery flap and door feel solid. There are 3 "drill outs" (you have to drill these through before using) for screwing to a wall, which I personally found to be in a slightly awkward place - they are quite close to the bottom of the delivery flap mechanism, which means getting at them is not as easy as it could be. My preference would be for them to be in a more accessible spot, or for there to be more hole options than just 3 hole. This is a minor annoyance though and shouldn't put anyone off. Regarding service from PostBoxShop themselves, I'm in a quandry as to how to score this. On the one hand, the placement of the order was lightning fast - I placed the order at the weekend, and by lunchtime Monday the item had been dispatched - very prompt! However, I had specifically requested in my order notes that the vendor contact me in order to arrange a delivery date, so that I could arrange to be at home to receive the delivery. I didn't get any such contact - just a "your order has been dispatched" note. When I contacted the vendor to ask what that mean in terms of delivery date, I was told (quite abruptly and with no apology for not having contacted me as per my request) that delivery would be the next day, and was given a Parcelforce tracking number (why is this not supplied with the dispatch notification I wonder?). So I had to at short notice take a day away from work to receive the delivery.....which never arrived. Using the supplied Parcelforce number was no help, since the Parcelforce site was not updated all day. As it turns out the delivery came the next day, which meant that despite my efforts to avoid neighbours being bothered by the delivery - I had to pick it up from a neighbour. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that a company specifically geared around easing the burden of deliveries from 3rd parties, could do more themselves to help make their own deliveries smoother. All in all though - happy with the purchase.
