As a longterm customer, I rate PSB highly. I buy mainly books for my nine yr old grandaughter. I have one very considerable complaint. Some books from the USA contain American words and more importantly spellings. These are detrimental to my grandaugher's learning and is yet another example of the ubiquity of the sread of USA culture. These books should be clearly marked in promotional material.
I also object to books that are part of a series being sold separately.
