When I placed an order for 2 large prints, I was contacted by Postsnap on the phone who explained how my photos were in a wrong format to be printed correctly. They explained the correct format required and also that my green colour (Grass) looked off, my monitor wasn't showing as its not calibrated. Some other companies would have just printed the originals and left me with something I didn't want. Excellent service and saved me paying twice to rectify my problems.
