I placed an order and opted for the pay later option. I received confirmation if the order by e mail, which stated that I would receive and e mail with delivery tracking information. I have not received any delivery tracking info and I haven’t a clue when I can expect delivery. Klarma, the company that collects payment e mailed with full details of my order, however no Mention of the delivery date. I contacted Klarma, who responded stating that I should contact poundshop. The whole thing feels like a scam and as I can’t get in touch with poundshop, I have e mailed Klarma cancelling the order and instructing them to delete my data
