All you will ever need! It's not as fast in changing the weights as any adjustable dumbbell that looks like a normal dumbbell but it sure is sturdy and you know will last long. It didn't bother me that much to change weights because that time to change weights is my rest time anyways LOL. I will definitely recommend this product 100%. Remember, it is always worth it if you always use it. ;)
