In summary, I’m satisfied with the product, disappointed with literally every part of the purchasing experience. I ordered a powerblock elite 90. First, the website is very misleading: you click “elite 90” and if you don’t do anything else, you somehow get an elite “50” in the mail. That’s what happened to me. So I had to order the 70lb add-on, which I wasn’t pleased about. This was nearly a month ago at this point. I still haven’t gotten it. I was sent an elite 90 instead, which I can’t use with my 50. When I told customer service, they insinuated that I needed to return the 90 BEFORE they would send me my correct order, as if it was my fault. Finally they agreed to mail my order but still told me I *had* to repackage and lug the weights to the post office on my own time to return it. I asked for a pickup to be arranged at least and was denied. Guys, when you send a customer the wrong item, you should consider it lost. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to correct your shipping dept’s mistake. It IS your responsibility to get the correct item to the customer, regardless. I was never offered a partial refund or anything as a courtesy. I’m still willing to return the item, but this was an awful experience that really soured my view of the company. I love the products but ultimately cannot recommend them due to the experience I had.
