PowerBlock dumbbells are some of my most important home gym equipment and have been for over a decade. The instant weight changes are great for circuit training, or just cutting down on time between exercises. The Sport 50 is my favorite for arm and shoulder DB work given their right range, flexibility, and 5-lb weight increments.
I also like exercise equipment from other manufacturers; however, if I could only have one for my home gym, it would be a set of PowerBlocks.
