My experience ordering from Powerblock has been excellent. My experience with the actual delivery of the products varies. I ordered an American Elite Curl Bar a month or so ago I live in Iowa. The FedEx app said the ‘barcode was unreadable’ and proceeded to fly it to Oregon overnite. Huh?! When they finally realized their error they then proceeded to send it to me from Oregon via truck which took several days. When I finally received the bar the box it was shipped in looked like it was fresh from the front lines in Ukraine. Incredibly, and due only to the integrity of the hardened solid steel bar itself, it was undamaged…no thanks to FedEx. Shipping via FedEx is a 50/50 gamble in my experience…I have a lot of products shipped to me…have had for over 20 years. FedEx routinely lets a customer sit all day long awaiting a scheduled delivery for nothing only to be informed close to bedtime that the item wlll not be delivered that day and that a new delivery date is ‘pending’ which often isn’t revealed until midday the next day. They’ve done this for years. Every time I see that a seller has picked FedEx to deliver my purchase I cringe. Fedex has a chronic, systemic problem. Even more annoying they’ve sometimes informed me that an item will be delivered earlier than expected only to cancel that delivery, as I’ve said, after I’ve sat all day waiting for it. I’ve actually backed out of product ordering when I could see that FedEx was the shipper and bought the same product from a different seller which did not use FedEx. If i ran a business FedEx would be my shipper of last resort. Google ‘FedEx sucks’…they are infamous. They are legend.
