The website is straightforward and my item arrived in a reasonable amount of time, given the distance from origin. I would rate 5/5 but honestly the history and number of models, ambiguous compatibility...it made me nervous that if I don't buy the expansion kit right away (I didn't), in a short time my model would be discontinued and I wouldn't be able to get an expansion kit that fits what I have now. All of that to say...the only negative I can report is that it's hard to tell which model to buy.
