This is a great product, but my problem is with the shipping. When you're spending this amount of money for a premium product, there should be numerous options for shipping, including requiring a signature for delivery or easily changing the delivery date or location. For those of us who work during the day or live in urban areas, dropping the packages off at the doorstep is not a viable option.
When I realized that my packages would be delivered on a day when I would not be home, I called PowerBlock customer service and was told curtly that "nothing could be done" and was directed to call UPS. What? In the few instances this has occurred in the past, other companies have quickly called UPS as the shipper and easily changed the delivery. Instead, I had to call UPS and try to navigate endless automated AI prompts to finally speak with someone. After spending 45 minutes doing this, the UPS support person confirmed that all boxes would be sent to a different location. Wrong! On the delivery day only one package was actually diverted and the rest were all left on my front door while I was away. If it wasn't for the kindness of a neighbor, all of these boxes would have been stolen! PowerBlock needs to completely upgrade their shipping and customer support experience!
