My first home serious home gym equipment. Everything appears high quality. Everything came in separeate boxes. The Heaviest/biggest box is the Bench. The only issue I ran into was that that Power Bench had a bolt that was to be install (near the wheelie side) that almost felt like it was getting stuck and might crossthread. I used some Amsoil Metal Protector and just a little big more force carefully and it finally screwed in no issues. They might want to check on the machining of that bolt hole. The Powerblock Dumbbells are nice to use, I do need to get use to them as the extra 2.5lb weights need be be balanced. The only thing I might ask to hopefully improve on is a smaller diameter grip (standard barbell/deadlift bar size grip) and maybe an indentation on the grip so that your hand will be centered on the grip (which is important to help balance the dumbbell when doing pressing movements)
