I order a Power Block 24 and stand online from their website. The stand was defective - had one leg shorter that the other three. I contacted customer support re-opting the issue. Ashley of customer support asked for video illustrating the issue. I am not real proficient at taking videos but Ashley quickly resolved the issue Power Block replaced stand. Great company quality product and great customer support.
